Those who know me know I LOVE Oreos.
I really mean it — check out some of my favorites:

This time I decided to try Golden Oreos, and the result was delicious. If you prefer blondies to brownies, these will likely become a favorite. I enjoy brownies, but these truffles were absolutely amazing. My husband brought them to work and they were met with rave reviews. Best of all, they’re very easy to make.

No-Bake Golden Oreo Truffles
Recipe Type: Dessert
Only 3 ingredients — simple to make and utterly delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 package Golden Double Stuf Oreos, reserve a few cookies for garnish
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened (you may need up to 8 oz. depending on desired consistency)
- Dipping chocolate
Instructions
- Place the Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside a small amount of crumbs for garnish.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until fully incorporated and a uniform dough forms.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Freeze for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- While the truffles chill, melt the dipping chocolate according to package directions, either in a microwave in short intervals or over a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top before the coating sets.
- Allow the chocolate to fully set, then refrigerate the truffles until firm. Serve and enjoy.
