No-Bake Golden Oreo Truffles Recipe — No-Bake Vanilla Oreo Balls

Those who know me know I LOVE Oreos.

I really mean it — check out some of my favorites:

Original Oreo Truffles

This time I decided to try Golden Oreos, and the result was delicious. If you prefer blondies to brownies, these will likely become a favorite. I enjoy brownies, but these truffles were absolutely amazing. My husband brought them to work and they were met with rave reviews. Best of all, they’re very easy to make.

Recipe Type: Dessert
Only 3 ingredients — simple to make and utterly delicious.
Ingredients
  • 1 package Golden Double Stuf Oreos, reserve a few cookies for garnish
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened (you may need up to 8 oz. depending on desired consistency)
  • Dipping chocolate
Instructions
  1. Place the Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside a small amount of crumbs for garnish.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until fully incorporated and a uniform dough forms.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Freeze for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. While the truffles chill, melt the dipping chocolate according to package directions, either in a microwave in short intervals or over a double boiler.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top before the coating sets.
  6. Allow the chocolate to fully set, then refrigerate the truffles until firm. Serve and enjoy.
