I’m sure most of you have noticed the two-ingredient dough trend by now. Using nonfat plain Greek yogurt—zero points on Weight Watchers—creates an ultra-low-point dough. The only points come from the flour, and when you divide the dough into servings the points are minimal. This simple dough works for bagels, sandwich bread and pizza. This Healthy Alfredo Pizza pairs that low-point crust with a light Greek yogurt–based Alfredo sauce and tasty, low-point toppings.

The two main ingredients are self-rising flour and nonfat plain Greek yogurt. From there you can season the dough however you like—Everything Bagel seasoning turns it into a savory bagel, for example. For this Healthy Alfredo Pizza the Alfredo sauce is also made with nonfat Greek yogurt and tastes richer than you’d expect. I like that you can eat half a pizza and still keep your points in check. It’s a fast, family-friendly weeknight meal that’s both satisfying and healthier than a takeout pie.

How to make Healthy Alfredo Pizza (step by step)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Make the dough: combine 1/2 cup self-rising flour with 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt. Sprinkle a little flour on a work surface and knead for 2 minutes to develop some structure.
- Roll the dough out on a piece of parchment sprayed with cooking spray. I prefer a thinner crust, but roll to your desired thickness. Pre-bake the crust for 12 minutes.
- While the crust bakes, make the Alfredo sauce: melt the 1 teaspoon of light butter in the microwave, stir in the milk and garlic powder, and heat about 30 seconds more. Stir in the Parmesan, salt and pepper, then whisk in the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the sauce over the pre-baked crust, leaving a small edge clear.
- Top with spinach, shredded chicken, Asiago cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Bake for approximately 14–16 minutes, until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
- Serve immediately. I cut my pizza into 6 slices; adjust portions as you like.

Different ways to change up this recipe
- Try turkey pepperoni, black olives and roasted garlic, or add blue cheese crumbles with the chicken for a richer profile. The recipe is very adaptable to your favorite toppings.
- Serve with a yogurt-based dip—zero-point ranch made with Greek yogurt is a great accompaniment and boosts the protein in the meal.
Tips and tricks for making Healthy Alfredo Pizza
- Start with slightly less than 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt if your brand is especially wet; you can always add more if the dough seems dry.
- Kneading for about 2 minutes helps develop enough gluten to give the crust structure so it won’t become flimsy under toppings. Proper kneading yields a tender, resilient crust.
