Ingredients
- 12 oz. bag salad greens, washed
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup avocado, peeled and cubed
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 tablespoons Blue Cheese dressing (or dressing of your choice)
Instructions
- Arrange the washed salad greens in a large bowl or on a serving platter.
- Layer the cooked, cubed chicken, grape tomatoes, sliced eggs, crumbled turkey bacon, grated carrots, cubed avocado, and crumbled blue cheese over the greens.
- Serve immediately with Blue Cheese dressing or your preferred dressing on the side.
Notes
If you bulk-cook chicken and freeze it for quick meals, thaw and use that chicken to save time. Blue Cheese dressing is the traditional choice for a Cobb Salad, but any dressing you like will work well.
