Apologies for the recent quiet spell on the blog — I’ve been fully focused on finishing my new cookbook. When you handle every part of a project yourself it takes time: developing and testing recipes, photographing the dishes, writing and formatting the content, and designing the cover. It’s been a lot of work, but I’m excited to share the result.
My new cookbook is now available. It contains 83 simple, everyday recipes designed for healthy cooking. Every recipe is low-carb, gluten-free and sugar-free. I also avoided using sweeteners, so the recipes are naturally free of added sweeteners.
